The free Darth Vader cutout comes from Microsoft Studios and is designed to match the Lego Star Wars theme. You print it out on card stock or you can print it onto paper and then glue it onto cardboard. Cut each piece out and then follow the instructions included with the download to complete your ace Darth Vader.
