I am salivating as I write this... Burger King have answered every cheese fans dreams (including mine) and launched a halloumi burger in the UK!
What I love about Burger King's first ever halloumi burger is rather than simply just adding a slice of the famously salty Cyprus cheese to their famous Whopper, the fast food chain has decided to cater for vegetarians by making the entire burger revolve solely around halloumi!
Featuring a hefty slab of crispy, creamy, fried halloumi, the
beautifully salty cheese is then served in a buttery brioche bun with
freshly cut crisp lettuce, onions, tomatoes and creamy mayo. And if
you’re feeling extra, you can double the halloumi patties.
Price-wise, it'll set you back £3.99 for a single Halloumi Burger and £5.99 for a meal, or £5.49 for a Double Halloumi Burger and £7.49 for a meal.
It's already getting rave reviews with people saying it is 'delicious'. You can get your hands on the brand new halloumi burger at Burger King from today, 8th July.
