Suitable for kids aged three and older, this is made from EU approved phthalates-free PVC and contains no heavy metal elements. I'm going to pretend we all know what that means but let's just assume it's pretty safe to play with. There is some talk about the stopper that keeps him pumped up being against modern toy regulations but I reckon you could tap it on if that bothers you.
It comes with a two-way hand pump and arrives deflated (poor guy) so you will have to pump him up.
