We love Orchard Toys educational games for little ones, and this is a brilliant price for the classic Orchard Toys Shopping List Memory Game. Amazon have dropped it to just £4 when it's selling for the full £9.50 at stores like Boots.
The Shopping List Game is an educational board game made by Orchard Toys who specialise in this area, and it's their best-selling product. The game is recommended for ages 3 to 7 officially and is for 2 to 4 players, and each has a shopping trolley that they need to fill with items from a shopping list of pictures of common foodstuffs and supermarket basics. There are booster packs of 'clothes' and 'fruit and veg' that can also be bought separately to add to the game as well.
The game has won awards for it's educational approach, reviews are consistently positive and my kids loved it when they were little. What's great about Orchard games is that kids are having fun playing and don't realise that they are learning about sounds, numbers, letters, and taking turns. It's a great game, and if your kids already have it then it's a good one to have on hand for birthday gifts.
