Meccano Xtreme Micro Car Building Set £3.43 @ Amazon

Amazon has dropped the price on the Meccano New Micro Xtreme Truck from £6.99 to £3.43. This is a saving of over half the original price at £3.56 (51% actually, hahah) and it comes with their free Super Saver Delivery.

The Meccano Micro Xtreme Truck set comes with between 42 and 58 parts. At least this is what it says on the description part of the Amazon page and strikes me as a bit odd. Anyway, you do get enough pieces to create this model from tip to toe.

You do get the instructions you need to follow and the tool for securing the various parts and apparently the new design makes these Meccano cars easier to build. Although I can’t help wondering why they would do that when half the fun is the pain and suffering of trying to build a Meccano toy from scratch. Where is the satisfaction?
