I don't know what it is, but if there are things to sort I'll volunteer to sort them; it must satisfy some inner 'something'.  It doesn't matter what it is either - jigsaw puzzle pieces, kitchen cupboards, socks in the laundry even, but sorting shapes and putting them into a shape sorter still does it for me even as a grown-up.

I'm not exactly the target market though, so it's a good job kids love things like this Early Learning Centre Shape Sorting Bus.

The big red bus has six activity blocks to sort out and push through their corresponding holes in the roof, they have rattles, mirrors and beads inside to make them just that little more interesting too.
