Argos eBay have the Chad Valley Glamour Mansion Fashion Dolls House for just £10, with £5.49 delivery, totaling £15.49. It's no longer available on Argos, and elsewhere on eBay is going for £60 BIN, so this is a really really good price.
Despite the picture, you won't get all the furniture and dolls with this set, it is just the house, but even so, it's a great price. Most of us have enough little people and bits and pieces to fill a dolls house anyway, but they're easy enough to find if you don't.
This dolls house has a unique and patented construction system, to build a 3 storey house. It has a kitchen and living room, bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a rooftop patio which must be perfect for summer barbeques!
The dolls house is H118, W78, D30cm, so it would be almost as tall as the average 4 - 5 year old, and make a fantastic play area for one or two children. At 10kg in weight it should be nice and sturdy.
It may be last year's model, but it's sure to go down a storm with any kids that love imaginary play and at this price, and that size, it's an awesome gift!
