This fun and interesting and somewhat different Summer Infant Dino Friend Potty from Argos is currently £9.99 - it's a whopping £44 on Amazon, but you can find it around the web for around £13 too. It's £13.95 at Tesco Direct, for example. The bonus of this one from Argos is that it comes with free delivery, so for under £10 it's yours. It's also only available for home delivery.
Potty training can be such a traumatic time for child and parent alike. We bought a froggy toilet seat for my oldest, after three different potties failed to meet with her approval. The froggy seat worked, but now my youngest, for reasons I'll never understand, is afraid of the froggy seat! You can't win sometimes.
On the flip side, to my chagrin, anything pink is by default good. My youngest will eat beetroot, because it's pink. Go figure. So I'm curious as to whether this pink Dino Friend Potty would go down well.
This potty is said to make children "feel more comfortable with the potty training process", and with its integrated splash guards parents should like it too - less mess to clean up. There are also built-in handles to help keep little ones steady.
Conveniently, there's a removable bucket and carry-handle make it easy to clean too.
For under £10 it certainly seems worth a try!
