Holy Cow! Aldi Are Selling Tomahawk Steaks This Bank Holiday

Have you ever heard of Tomahawk Steaks before? If Vogue did a food edition they would be in it right now. Aldi are selling them from Thursday 25th May until they sell out, and we reckon that'll be super fast.

What the heck is a Tomahawk Steak? It's a HUGE cut of Rib-Eye Beef and comes on the bone. Known for being very large, succulent and full of flavour.

How much will these giant Tomahawk Steaks cost at Aldi? £12.99 per kilo steak - considering that Waitrose charge £26.95 per kg, this is really, really cheap.

Due to their size (roughly 18 inches in length), they tend to be cooked and shared between two or three people. I will confess though, I ate a whole one myself from my local butcher.

I think these will be a great choice for that special Bank Holiday meal and a fine alternative to a Roast Dinner.
