What do you get when you mix gin, white wine and bubbles? The latest drink from Blossom Hill - Gin Fizz - it sounds utterly heavenly. Chances are you haven't seen it as it's new, but you'll want to sling it in your trolley when you do come by it in the supermarket.
Blossom Hill Gin Fizz
The Blossom Hill Gin Fizz comes in two flavours, Lemon & Rosemary and Rhubarb. The lemon one has been out for a couple of months now, but the rhubarb only just seems to be hitting the shelves in Morrisons, Nisa, Co-op and ASDA.
Chill it, and crack it open to enjoy on those sunny days, or when you have your gal pals over.
What can you expect flavour wise? Expect a sparkling white wine and rhubarb gin fusion.
They are a standard 750ml size, and come in at 8.5% abv. Serve over ice, or with a few frozen berries chucked in.
Grab yourself a bottle for around £9, not sure why they aren't available online, but they have been spotted in store.
I love prosecco withEdinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur*, so I reckon this will go down very nicely at one of our summer barbecues.
