I do love a good novelty wellington boot to brighten up a rainy day, and these new Gruffalo Wellies are amazing! They're on sale now from Tu Clothing at Sainsbury's and they're priced from £11 a pair.
These fab wellies have an all over print featuring Mouse and Fox, with the words "Why, Fox, hello!" around the edge. There's also a ribbed sock detail at the top featuring the Gruffalo's face on the brown wool, so it's a really wonderful design.
I'm going to ignore the fact that Sainsbury's have them in the 'Boy's Boots & Wellies' section, as there's no reason at all why a girl Gruffalo fan shouldn't wear them if they want to. Indeed if they came in adult sizes rather than just the infants 4 to 12 I'd be tempted to get a pair myself!
