The LEGO Movie is going to be on screen again for the half term holidays at Cineworld. There are two movie options - 2D for £1.50 and 3D for £3.00. Unless you're a MyCineworld member and you book online, then you can take 10% off the price of your booking, and pay just £1.35 for 2D or £2.70 for 3D.
In order to attend the Films For Juniors screenings you have to have a Junior with you - in other words, a child under the age of 8. Adults can't attend without a child, and there apparently has to be one adult to every child - which sucks a little if you're a one child family!
Not all films show in all cinemas, so do have a look to see what's showing where you are. And do not make the mistake of telling your kids you're going to see a movie, and head off to the cinema without booking. I did that with Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairies - it was a disaster with two fancy-dress fairies bawling their eyes out in the popcorn line when we had to go see something else instead. I won't make that mistake again.
So, book ahead, and go see The LEGO Movie during half term - takes care of one morning's entertainment, at least.
