Does your child have an interest in bikes and cycling? If so, then they might like the Halfords Bike Club. It's aimed at children aged 7 - 11 years old, and they are running a FREE Advanced Bike workshop. They are being held in Halfords stores across the UK, over half term. Usually, the workshops last no longer than an hour and a half.

This October half term we're holding a free advanced bike workshop aimed at children who have previously attended the Halfords basic bike maintenance workshop, or who have basic bike maintenance knowledge already. This advanced workshop covers removing the wheel, checking and replacing brake pads, adjusting gears, cleaning the bike and being safe and seen during the winter period.
Even if this specific workshop isn't suitable for your young bike enthusiast, bokmark the link and keep an eye out for any in the future. I would imagine these spaces getting filled up quickly, so get booking ASAP. My boys would love this, so I better get my skates on and see if there's room at my local Halfords, for them.
