The Feber Dareway can spins as well as move in every direction. It's controlled by a foot pedal accelerator and for turning there's the handle grip buttons.
Going in reverse is simple too - just press both buttons together.

It can go as fast as 4 miles an hour, so don't worry about it being too powerful for little people.
