Tesco has a half price offer on some children's helmets at the moment, with the lowest price being £4. You can click and collect for free from Tesco, or you can have it delivered for £3.
Children's helmets are a necessary and important part of cycling and scootering, and starting at £4, the Activequipment Kids Cycle* is great value and has generally very good reviews.
There's a bit of a price jump then, with the next best sale price being on character helmets, like Thomas, Spiderman and Peppa Pig at £11. There are a few £10, full priced helmets in there too.
Helmets here go up to about £15.99 in the sale items.
None of the knee or elbow pads are included in the offer, which is unfortunate, but if you can save a few pennies on the helmet, that's a good start, I think. At least cycling and scooting is a great way of getting them active and keeping them busy and warm in the winter months!
