This is a plastic playhouse so it is easy to keep clean and should hopefully wear well being left outside. It's not a huge playhouse which makes it ideal for younger children. The approximate measurements are: 110cm x 90cm x 95cm.
The playhouse has a lovely fairytale design to it, it does say on the website that the design will stay the same but the colours may vary from the picture on the site.
