The Famosa Pink Playhouse is a bright pink colour and is made of weatherproof light resistant plastic, so it shouldn't fade in the sunlight.
This measures 109cm x 85cm x 125cm, so it's not too big to use inside if that's what you're after.
There are windows and a half door, which makes it more realistic. You'll need to assemble it, but I don't it's hard and it comes with full instructions.
Suitable for children aged 2 years old and over.
