Okay, so you've had a lot on your mind and a lot to do; Father's Day has crept up on you and you don't want it to look as though you COMPLETELY forgot - what are you going to do?!
Carrying with my 'Gifts in a Jar' mini series, this one may just save your Father's Day bacon.
Go and find a suitable jar, bowl, or even a box that can be covered and decorated; sit down with the kids and write down 101 things you all love about the dad you'll be giving it to on some paper (coloured if you have it), cut them out, fold them up put them in the jar and present them with a special lunch or dinner.
They can be funny, serious, soft and soppy and I guarantee he'll love every single one of them.
Emergency presents like this can often end up being the most treasured, but maybe next year doing something similar in advance will be a lot less stressful.
Happy Father's Day!
