Tomy have just issued a recall on their Lamaze Munching Max Chipmunk Toy due to safety concerns.
The issue is that an internal part could break and create a sharp point that penetrates the surface of the toy, and the manufacturers have received a report of an injury caused by the sharp point.
If you have one of these toys you should remove it from babies and children and contact TOMY direct at recall.TOMY.co.uk or phone the Tomy Careline on 01271 336155.
Tomy will give full information on how to return the toy, and a full refund plus 30% of RRP. They have requested that you return items to them direct rather than return to stores.
This Lamaze Munching Max Chipmunk Toy was sold in several major retailers online and in stores from June 2016 through to March 2017.
