Beko & Blomberg Condenser Tumble Drier Safety Recall

At the end of 2015, Hotpoint issued a recall on certain models of Condenser Tumble Driers. Since then more models under the brands of Hotpoint, Creda and Indesit were added to the list. Now, there are Beko and Blomberg included in this safety recall.

The reason a recall has been issued is due the risk of the component overheating and causing fire.

The following Beko and Blomberg 8kg/9kg Condenser Tumble Driers are affected:

• DCU9330W
• DCU9330R
• DCU8230
• DSC85W
• TKF8439A

What to do if your Condenser Tumble Drier is affected:

Stop using immediately and visit either Bekoor Blomberg to request a FREE modification. This will improve the safety of your drier and lessen the risk of this fault.
