These are LED lights so they don't get warm to the touch which makes them a good choice for children's rooms. These are battery operated so you don't have to worry about finding a spare plug socket and there's no trailing wires. You just attach them to the wall wherever you want them with the fixings that come supplied in the box. That super crackle effect that makes the lights look like they are bursting out of the wall is a sticker and it looks pretty effective when it's up.
These work really well as a night light for children, although I know plenty of adults who would love some of these as well, including everyone in my house!
