To apply the code you need to register. Order your items, then go to the checkout. On the My Basket page, you'll see a section for Offer Codes. Click on the Register link, and fill in the short form that pops up. I have registered with Photobox before, but I don't know if it was on this computer or my laptop. What I did was register with a different name and my alternate email address, and it applied the discount to my order.
You'll still have to pay postage and packaging. According to posters on HUKD, if your order amount excluding postage and packaging comes to less than five pounds (a fridge magnet is £4.10 for example), then it will simply deduct the amount for that item (in that example £4.10) leaving you the £2.99 p&p.
