My heart sinks a little whenever I see a great LEGO deal, because in my mind's eye I start trying to figure out where the heck it's going to fit in the house!

The features of this set include a minifigure, jetty with motorboat, LEGO light brick, binoculars, stove, ladder, grill, 2 buildable seagulls and 2 fish. It also has a rotating mirror and removable back for easy access. You can spin the boat’s propellors and shine the light to guide passing ships
