All you need to do is purchase a Hermes returns label when placing your order or afterwards at www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk, for £2.99.
Complete the slip and attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel. Drop off the parcel at your nearest Hermes store.
Return with the Post Office:
You can use the Post Office to return items to M and M Direct. Just take your sealed parcel to your local branch and request the standard parcel delivery service (you'll need to take out additional insurance if the contents of your order is worth more than £46).
