This Easter, Tesco will be bringing back their free cooking course for children aged 5 - 11, like they did last summer. These were extremely popular last summer, so get in there quickly this time! While places in the South East of England are thin on the ground, there's a decent spread towards the middle of the country and Scotland has two participating stores too.
Tesco run permanent Let’s Cook courses in purpose-built kitchens all year round, but they'll be running extra pop-up courses all over the country during the Easter break.
The courses are said to be engaging, full of fun and will help give children the skills and confidence they need to get hands-on in the kitchen. They’ll learn about different ingredients, be taught a range of essential kitchen skills and cook some lovely healthy dishes.
The classes are aimed at two age groups: five to seven and eight to 11.
What's nice is that even though the courses are free, all the ingredients are provided on the day and kids will recive an apron and recipes to take home with them too.
