Our children are taught on regularly at school, how to eat well and live healthily. The Tesco Eat Happy Project compliments that and runs FREE courses for children. It's a great initiative and really excites kids about what they are putting into their mouths at the dinner table.
Booking has just opened today, meaning you can sign your child up at your nearest participating Tesco store.
Let's Cook sessions will run at selected Tesco stores throughout the UK and run for two hours a day over a three days.
Each child on the course will receive a FREE Goody Bag, which is a nice touch and should inspire them to take their newly acquired cooking skills into the home.
