It's a big day for Princess Charlotte – she started nursery school this morning!
Kensington Palace previously announced that Princess Charlotte would be attending Willcocks Nursery from this month, then shared these adorable snaps on Twitter just now, writing:
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace this morning.
The images were taken by The Duchess shortly before Princess Charlotte left for her first day of nursery at the Willcocks Nursery School.
Last week, the Express reported:
Kate and William will take their two-year-old daughter to the £14,550-a-year Kensington nursery this month. The pre-school is a far cry from the choice for Prince George, Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk.
Prince George attended a £33-a-day Montessori nursery close to Anmer Hall, his family home in Norfolk near the Queen's Sandringham estate. Princes Charlotte's nursery is a short walk from Kensington Palace in London, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are now based.
Their Royal Highnesses were reportedly asked to attend a stay and play session at the nursery to help their daughter settle in.
