I'll own up, I'm at a bit of a loss as to why these Trunki suitcases are SO popular!

I went to South Africa recently (no, not for the World Cup) and whilst I was a Heathrow I saw a troop of Trunkis, all with happy smiling kids riding atop them.  Perhaps that's really ALL there is to it - kids can ride on them, it makes kids happy, in turn making parents happy. Simple.

Now for ONCE this Trunki doesn't have anything to do with the Gruffalo or any other Gruffalo related products - this one is Bernard The Bee and as far as I can gather, he's just a bee and not from any stories or movies.

The Trunki comes with its own passport too but this one allows you to download fun games and activities from the Internet, he also has two carry handles and a secret compartment...not sure how it can be secret if we know about it, and he's also conforms to the current hand luggage size regulations.
