The Thomas the Tank Engine Rock n Roll guitar from Tomy is on sale at Toys R Us for £7.99. It was £19.99 so this is better than half price.
This sweet little musical toy plays six different tunes, and has two play modes. As you would expect from this type of toy, it has lights and sounds and requires 3 AA batteries, which are included.
The box contains a guitar, and an instruction sheet.
The guide says it’s suitable for 18 months up, but the reviewers who’ve given it to younger children seem to have the best reviews of it. One of them says of a six month old “The different buttons and knobs allow the child to change the way the music sounds very easily which they love.”
Apparently it’s good value for money too as the children play for it for good periods of time and it keeps them interested for a long time. Although it could drive parents crazy too.
The next best price is £11.65 at Amazon, so if you can’t click and collect, you’ll be better off getting it at Amazon, since the postage is £4.95.
