If you have a little Lego fan in the house who also happens to have a thing for Princesses, then you might want to snap up The Princess Play Castle from Lego Juniors while it's just £11.99 (reduced from £14.99) at Amazon.
I've not yet checked out the Lego Juniors range myself but my lads have been Lego crazy for years now, and I view Lego as just about the best toy money can buy. It doesn't break, it's great for sharing and playing with when friends come round, it lasts forever, and it encourages kids to be imaginative and creative. The sets we own get broken down and rebuilt over and over again, so my kids never get bored of a Lego set.
I often invest in a tub like this at the start of the summer holidays, and I tend to squirrel away a few sets throughout the year so that there's plenty to keep little hands occupied when they wake up at the crack of dawn on Christmas Day!
The reviews on this are pretty good too. Check this out:
"My daughter loves this Lego set, particularly as it comes with a princess! The instructions are simple and written in small steps for children to follow, although children might need guidance when they build the castle for the first time. The Lego differs from the traditional Lego colours and is clearly aimed at girls, but it has sparked my daughter's imagination in so many ways and we feel it is a great toy. Would definitely recommend this for children over four."
As ever with items that cost more than £10, delivery from Amazon will be free.
