They are in stores subject to local availability, or you can order them online. The only issue is that there are three different dolls, and if you order online one will be picked at random, so you don't know which character you will get. If you buy in store then obviously you can choose whichever one you want.
These are small dolls, around 5 inches high, but they are still great value as the cheapest I can find them is £12.88 on Amazon, so Home Bargains is less than half that price.
