Home Bargains are currently selling this Salter Kids in the Kitchen measuring set for £6.99 - they say the full retail price is £26.99.
If you bought a Salter Kids in the Kitchen baking set a while back - we reviewed it back in 2010 and featured a deal for it in November last year - then this Salter Kids in the Kitchen measuring set will make a great kitchen companion for it.
I'm not sure about paying £26.99 for it, but £6.99 is definitely worth paying, at least in my opinon; your kitchen scales, timer and measuring spoons will be freed up if your young chef has their own Salter Kids in the Kitchen measuring set.
It comes with a set of mechanical, rather than digital, scales that can weigh ingredients to a maximum weight of one kilo in 25 gram increments. There's also a kitchen timer and a 'measuring spoon man' - you can keep the scales but I want that timer and measuring spoon man - he's just awesome!
You can collect your Kids in the Kitchen measuring set for free, in-store, if you have a local Home Bargains otherwise standard home delivery will cost you an additional £2.95.
