Argos on eBay are selling this Chad Valley Talking Petrol Station for £12.99, rather than its usual £19.99.
I rather fear that buying this Chad Valley Talking Petrol Station is the only way to get cheap petrol now - I've driven close to 600 miles in the last seven days and it's cost me the best part of £150; I know I drive quite hard, and am not the slowest driver in the world, but £150?! COME ON!! *scowl*
I don't know what it is about petrol pumps and filling up cars that fascinates children but it does - my teenage kids were beside themselves with excitement when they were old enough, or at least looked old enough, to actually put petrol in the car for real.
Until yours is/are old enough to do the same, they'll have to make do with this Chad Valley Talking Petrol Station but all the same principles still apply: choose your fuel, fill up your car and pay for it.
This Chad Valley Talking Petrol Station will talk to them (I've no idea what it says) and also makes realistic sounds, it comes with a 12-month Arogs warranty and delivery will cost you an additional £2.99 - which is half of the £5.95 main Argos website delivery charge; much more reasonable.
