From the 26th December 2012 you will be able to purchase a Merlin Annual Pass from £74 per person – giving you a potential saving of up to £74. For Standard individual passes you'll pay £99 each, saving £60 or a family pass at £74pp, saving £44 each. Alternatively you can get premium passes for £121 each - that's the £74 saving - or £90 pp for a family pass, saving £56.40 each.
For a few weeks last year, around when we had our baby, my husband and toddler went to Legoland about once a week. Our Merlin pass saved us a fortune.
If you hold a valid pass, you can buy online, but if you have not held a valid pass you can go to one of the twelve attractions and buy there (you need a photo taken, so they need to see you). They will also be adding a 13th attraction this year: SEA LIFE Manchester.
If you currently hold a pass, you can renew at the moment, and your 12 months will be added to the end of your existing pass.
To qualify for a family pass, you have a maximum of than 3 people over the age of 12 who would like to purchase a pass.
The sale ends on the 31st January 2013 however it is subject to availability so they advise you purchase your Pass as soon as possible.
