It's a women's jumper with a felt Christmas Tree on the front, and a set of baubles with 'velcro' style hook and loop strips on them so that you can chuck them at the tree to get them to stick!
Why they have made this as a women's jumper rather than for kids or men I really don't know, as I can say for sure that my kids and husband would be much more up for this than me!
