Take a deep breath! I have some rather exciting news - Aldi 'that budget supermarket' is bringing out a WINE ADVENT CALENDAR. I know, I am elated too.
The release date for the Wine Advent Calendar is 1st November 2017, and that's for online orders from 8am as well as it's arrival date in stores.
So, what can you expect to find behind those 24 doors in this Wine Advent Calendar? There will be a total of 24 mini bottles of Wine, varying in variety from Merlot to Chablis, Red, Rose, White and Sparkling. There might even be a cheeky mini bottle of Prosecco - well, we are hoping so.
The Calendar has been made in collaboration with brands JP Chenet and Calvet, and will sell for £49.99 when it hits the shelves. That works out at £2 per mini bottle.
It works out to be the equivalent of six full bottles - which might seem pricey, but who doesn't want the novelty of opening their Advent Calendar to a mini bottle of Wine every night leading up to Christmas?
