Will World Book Day Be On During Lockdown?
World Book Day will still be going ahead in 2021. This year it will be very different, with most schools closed to most pupils due to lockdown, but schools and nurseries can still be issued with the World Book Day Book Tokens to distribute, though that may be delayed. Can I still use World Book Day Vouchers During Lockdown?
Whilst unnecessary trips are not allowed during lockdown, you can still use those World Book Day Vouchers in supermarkets when doing your grocery shop. The £1 Book Tokens can be redeemed from Thursday 18th February and it's looking likely that stores will take the vouchers beyond their validity date of 28th March 2021 due to Covid-19 shopping restrictions.
