I wasn't even aware that Fearne Cotton had any books out let alone was about to release one for kids (or the whole family rather). It's not out yet but 'Yoga Babies' is the number 1 selling Book on Amazon right this minute - you can pre-order it for £9 and it'll be with you 7th September 2017.
So, what's all the fuss over Yoga Babies about? Well, Fearne claims it's been written to promo "Family Relaxation" and we are all for that.
It's a story book that gently introduces little ones and big ones to Yoga. Full of lovely illustrations by Sheena Dempsey, it's easy to see why people are snapping this up.
A little different from most bedtime storybooks and if it helps my little devil angel to sleep better at night, I will literally throw my purse at it.
The Yoga Babies Book is a hardback and has 32 pages.
