Play have taken a little bit of money off these Kung Fu Panda 2 Little Library board books - you can pick up a set for £3 instead of £4.99.
My husband and I have a friend who's very smart (in all senses of the word), and an incredibly successful business man - he has a knack for spotting a good opportunity, working it, then selling it on for much more than he bought it for.
We trust his judgement on most things and for a little while thought he was joking when he revealed that Kung Fu Panda was one of his favourite movies. We believed him when he produced a copy and wouldn't stop waxing lyrical about it!
So we took it home, we watched the first five minutes and figured it had to get better; ten minutes later we turned it off and declared that Max must have temporarily taken leave of his senses - we didn't get it AT ALL!
Needless to we haven't seen Kung Fu Panda 2 either, but I can safely say that I DO get the fabulousness that are the Little Library board books - they are just a perfect way to introduce very little ones to the world of books.
There are just a few words to each page, so short enough not to lose their attention, and they're solid and chunky which makes it easy for little hands to get to grips with.
