Are you feeling festive yet? Have your thoughts turned to decorating the house or are you still kicking and fighting against all things Christmas still?
Perhaps this Christmas Decorations to Cut, Fold and Stick book will get you in the mood, along with the super price those lovely folks over at The Book People are selling it for - £2.99 rather than £7.99, you can' t be 'bah humbug' about that!
Wow, this Christmas Decorations to Cut, Fold and Stick book takes me back to being a little girl - my mum used to make snowflakes out of coloured sheets of paper and then stick them on the windows. I loved sitting down and making them with her, that was when it really started to feel like Christmas.
Not only is making Christmas decorations a lovely thing to do with your children, but it's CHEAP! I've spent years collecting beautiful and stylish Crimbo decorations (I don't 'do' tacky Christmas deccies!) and I dread to think how much it's cost me - so if you've got a tight Crimbo budget this year, or haven't been out in the big wide world on your own long enough to amass many decorations, then definitely consider making your own.
Inside the book are full instructions on how to make all sorts of things, from complex looking snowflakes to simple paper chains - there's also festive paper included to pull out and use.
Christmas Decorations to Cut, Fold and Stick has also got rave reviews; here are just a couple of them:
Bought this book for my 9-year-old daughter and I to do... we both love it!! Have just ordered a second copy. The decorations are absolutely lovely. For younger children there are paper chains, so going to try involving my two year old with them!
Such fun! Hours of enjoyment here. Lots of cutting and folding. Lovely colours and really inventive ideas. Really good value too. Usborne have come up trumps yet again.
So there you have it, the message can't be any clearer can it: the book is lovely, the deccies are lovely; BUY A COPY!
By the way, when you checkout make sure you enter RUDOLPH into the promotions code box to get free delivery - if you forget, you'll end up paying an unecessary additional £2.80.
