This summer hasn’t exactly been a winner and we all had such high hopes for it this year. So here are some free competitions that I suggest we all enter to lift our spirits. Who knows, one of you could end up sitting on a beach somewhere hot and toasty instead of staring sadly at the rain.
The first free competition on the board is a holiday for two to the Cayman Islands. All you need to do to enter this luxury holiday is sign up to the newsletter of Caymanislands.co.uk and you are put in the draw to win seven nights away. The prize includes your flights and even a helicopter trip or a 30-metre undersea dive. It’s pretty cool and you can’t go wrong just giving it a bash.
They don’t have an expiry date so I think it’s a good idea to enter sooner rather than later with this one.
Next up is a break in Cyprus with Le Meridien Limassol and British Airways* courtesy of The Sunday Times. The winner and a guest will stay for three nights bed and breakfast at Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort. Set on Aoratoi beach, the luxury resort has award winning thalasshotherapy spa, five bars and fantastic family facilities. To enter answer the questions below:
Q: Where was I?
A: Durham
Q: Who was the engineer?
A: Sir Ove Arup
Finally, why not try and see if you can win dinner and a night at the Ritz courtesy of Observer Magazine. There are few hotels in the world as iconic as The Ritz in London and even fewer that can boast a restaurant that’s been open for more than 100 years. Winston Churchill, Anna Pavlova, Charlie Chaplin and other such luminaries stayed there. Now you can win a night for two at the Ritz inclusive of dinner and breakfast. Enter your details before midnight on 12 July 2013 to stand a chance of winning.
